Do I need to pay a pre-deposit?
As we are a colour + extension specialist salon our usual services can be from 2- 3 hours, so due to our limited availability we require a minimum $150 booking deposit for most of our appointments.
Can I reeschedule or cancel my appointment?
We're independent hairdressers and reserve this time specifically for you, therefore we do require you to be on time so you receive a full treatment and everyone else can enjoy their appointment after you. We understand that things happen and sometimes you will need to change your appointment, but I do ask that you provide us 7 days notice if you are unable to attend.
What are your refund or re-do policies?
We want all our babes to love their hair, so we spend time at the beginning of each appointment with a custom colour and extension free consultation to ensure we understand your desired hair, coupled with a realistic and honest appraisal of how and if that can be achieved.
However, if you decide to change your mind on the colour or extension we originally consulted with you, this is not classed as a ‘re-do’ and any changes will be charged.
Please note that our prices on our website are a guide and can change without notice. We are able to provide exact quotes when we provide in person consultations either by popping into our salon or during your consultation before we start your hair service.
